All 5 editions can be installed on the same workstation side by side. Each edition upgraded to MUST be installed on the SAME workstation as the original product you are upgrading. Not doing so is a violation of your End User License Agreement (EULA)!

Licensing Details

.rpt Inspector Professional Suite is available in 5 editions. Each edition is sold separately. The license is not interchangeable between the editions.

Each license is valid for one workstation. All licenses must start from an installed trial software and are then activated to licensed. The trial software is a fully functional product, limited by the number of days1 it will run before it will expire and limited to maximum number of saves2 allowed during the entire trial period.

Licenses are activated by using the Activation Wizard / SF Product Manager3 and specifying the Purchase Key code provided to you after your purchase4. Once a license has been activated, the license is locked to the system on which it is activated. Should you need to re-image the system, change the hard drive, change the operating system, or move the license to another system, etc. it is required that you first go through the Move/Transfer5 license option in the Activation Wizard / SF Product Manager to first unlock and remove the activation from the workstation for the Purchase Key before you perform those actions. The Move/Transfer license requires an internet connection.

When upgrading an existing license, upgraded license must be installed on original licensed workstation unless original license has been de-activated -- moved/transferred to another workstation using supplied move/transfer method5.

1The trial will expire 15 days after installation.
2The trial is limited to a maximum of 10 saves throughout the entire trial period. Once you have exhausted this limit, changes will continue to work but in-memory only until the trial expires.
3License activation is available via an Internet connection or E-mail.

5License de-activation (Move / Transfer license in the Activation Wizard / SF Product Manager) requires an Internet connection.

Delivery - Information

Prior to activating your license, you must download and install a trial of the software.

After purchasing a license, a key code will be sent in the form of a 16 digit Purchase Key which you will need to activate an existing installed trial of .rpt Inspector on your workstation.

The license information will be sent electronically using Electronic Software Distribution (ESD), by the reseller you purchased from.
