Can I see what has changed between one report and another?

Synopsis

I would like to see a list of changes (a "diff") between reports. Can I do this with .rpt Inspector?

Solution

While you can do comparisons between the various objects and use combinations of filters (in common / not in common) and our patent pending "Drag and Group" feature, there currently is no fast and easy wizard like functionality to see a list of differences. We are working on that feature now and it should be included in a future release of .rpt Inspector™. A future release will provide both version control and a set of reports that detail what is contained in each report. You will be able to see what has changed between one report and another.
